Use Market Pilot only for legitimate research. Do not use it for harassment, surveillance, unlawful activity, or activity that violates platform terms.
Research output
Reports are AI-assisted outputs based on public social data. Claims are designed to remain traceable, but important decisions should still be independently validated.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your questions and generated reports. Market Pilot retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and respondent-panel infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. Market Pilot is not liable for decisions made from research outputs, service interruptions, or data loss to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to terms
